Goodwill of Colorado is hiring for Shift Supervisors for our Retail Operations in the Denver Metro Area!

Shift Supervisors are the “first rung” on the management ladder for our Retail Thrift operations and a great opportunity to get learn our business and grow with Goodwill’s Management team; they lead the team on the floor—directing workflow and assisting Associates with questions and concerns. Shift Supervisors also assist with customer relations and have input into employee performance. If you’re someone with past supervisory experience in fast food/restaurant, retail, production or a similar industry, our Shift Supervisor position may be right for you.

Our Shift Supervisor positions require open availability, as our retail stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM. Shift Supervisor pay ranges from $18.65 to $19.29, depending on location, with an increase in pay anticipated in early 2024.
