Creating sustainable impact through people, planet and community.

Who we serve

For more than 100 years, Goodwill has served economically disadvantaged individuals with barriers to employment, individuals with developmental, intellectual and physical disabilities; seniors, military veterans, and youth across Colorado. Our programs, service contracts and retail operations help Coloradans achieve greater independence through the Power of Work.

  • 162,172 hours were contributed by individuals who believe in furthering Goodwill’s mission
  • More than 90 cents of every dollar go back to supporting our mission and programs
  • $437.5 million boost to Colorado’s economic vitality
  • 88% of donated items are diverted from landfills
  • 402 tons of electronic devices recycled through Dell Reconnect
