A message from our President & CEO, Karla Grazier
Goodwill’s vision is to transform lives across Colorado, and in 2023 you helped us create remarkable impact in our local communities. Each day I am honored to serve alongside 3,200 team members as we weave our mission into grassroots efforts across our state, providing education, employment and community programs to nearly 150,000 Coloradans.
Throughout the year, we witnessed how our mission grew and took on new dimensions It in the lives of people we serve whose stories we are honored to share, and it had a tremendous positive impact our environment.
You played an important role in keeping Colorado beautiful by generously donating more than 248 million pounds of items. Your dedication helps keep textiles in the circular economy to extend their life and create life-changing opportunities for individuals in our local communities.
The dedication of our Governing and Foundation Boards, our volunteers, team members, donors and our shoppers makes this impact possible. Together, we navigated challenges and embraced opportunities. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you, our fellow Coloradans.
Each time you shop or donate goods at your local Goodwill of Colorado store, support our mission financially or attend one of our events, you help fuel our mission and transform lives in your local community. From providing job training and placement services to fostering sustainable practices and community partnerships, every action represents a shared commitment to building a brighter future for all Coloradans.
Thank you for being an integral part of our journey and for your continued support.
