Rosanne Unsiog

Rosanne Unsiog is the Staffing Recruiter for Goodwill Staffing. She enjoys helping those in need and giving back to the community. She hopes to be a good resource for those seeking employment and to help better their lives altogether. Rosanne was born and raised in Guam, and she moved to Colorado in 2017. Carol Arguello (Montoya) is the Goodwill Staffing Administrative Assistant III. Carol brings to the team years of experience helping others achieve their goals. Carol enjoys helping people. In her free time, she values family time with her husband, kids, and grandchildren. They enjoy doing all things outdoors! Carol is an amazing addition to our team and here to help others every day!

David Orr

David is a dedicated staffing professional who took on his role at Goodwill Staffing out of a genuine passion for helping individuals reenter the workforce and find meaningful employment opportunities. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii and raised in Colorado, he brings a warm, community‑focused approach to his work. Outside the office, David enjoys hiking, white‑water rafting, and staying up to date with the latest and greatest in technology.

Rob Wechsler

Rob is an experienced staffing professional with a background in human resources and talent acquisition,  and prides himself on serving as an intermediary for employers and job seekers looking for high-quality, gainful employment and opportunities that maximize their skill set. He originally hails from just outside New York City and recently moved back to Colorado. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball and softball, as well as hanging out with his orange cat Tangerine.
