Meet the Team

Martin Hines

Martin connects members of a dedicated workforce with businesses seeking qualified candidates as Staffing Manager for Goodwill Staffing. Martin believes in fostering long-term relationships with our business partners by carefully listening and assessing their needs to find the best candidate match. In addition to years of business and nonprofit development with companies from various sectors and industries, Martin continues to build upon his business acumen by networking with various community organizations and trade groups, including the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC and the Senior Resource Council. He also spends time volunteering for the American Red Cross.

Martin’s curriculum vitae includes a MA in Communication and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. A native Texan, Martin has lived and worked in Colorado Springs for more than a decade. He enjoys spending his personal time exploring Colorado with his family and friends, as well as swimming and playing tennis.

James Baggarly

Jim joined Goodwill Staffing as a Staffing Recruiter, assisting in recruiting and coordinating job seekers throughout the Southern and Western Colorado region. Jim brings over 15 years of Staffing/Recruiting experience to Goodwill Staffing. Jim thrives on helping people find avenues to land gainful employment and prides himself on being a resource in their path for reaching their career goals.

Jim and his family relocated to Colorado Springs from Ft. Worth, TX in 2017 having visited many times in the past with the desire to call it home. After retiring from the Military, the opportunity to make this dream come true presented. Jim enjoys personal time with his family, playing drums, and taking his dogs out for hikes along the Front Range.

Daniel Tucker

Dan joined Goodwill Staffing as an Account Executive tasked in working with local businesses developing staffing opportunities for the Goodwill of Colorado region. Dan brings over 17 years of Sales and Business Development experience to Goodwill as well as several years’ experience running his own business. Dan thrives on helping businesses in their staffing needs and goals.

Dan and his family live in Monument. He has a BA in Music Performance from Western Illinois University. He enjoys volunteering playing guitar and singing in the church choir as well as spending time with his family Hiking in Colorado and Utah, Skiing at Cooper Mountain and playing Guitar.

Renee Klucsarits

Renee Klucsarits is the Staffing Assistant for Goodwill Staffing. She works with candidates to help match them to their best opening and assists the office with daily administration functions. Renee brings with her over 10 years of experience in administration and helping people. She enjoys working with Goodwill Staffing and loves to help others reach their highest potential.

Renee recently moved to Colorado Springs from the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Prior to coming here, she was working for the State of Hawaii Judiciary. In her free time, Renee enjoys exploring Colorado, working on Sudoku puzzles, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Rosanne Unsiog

Rosanne Unsiog is the Staffing Assistant for Goodwill Staffing. She enjoys helping those in need and giving back to the community. “I hope to be a good resource to those seeking employment and help better their lives all together.” Rosanne was born and raised in Guam, then moved to Colorado in 2017. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and their kids. They’re always looking for new things to do and have fun family adventures!
