BankWork$
An industry-led training program that equips participants for careers in banking, such as teller, customer service, and call center roles, while connecting graduates directly to hiring financial institutions.
Clean Tech Accelerator
A hands‑on training program that prepares participants for roles in clean energy, electrical energy, and environmental sustainability through technical instruction and industry-recognized certifications.
CW STEP (Colorado Works Subsidized Training and Employment Program)
A supportive employment program that provides Colorado Works (TANF) participants with paid work experience, skills training, and individualized case management to help them achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
Digital Skills
A training track that builds skills ranging from essential computer and workplace technology to Python and Data Analytics certifications, helping participants become confident with tools used in today’s workforce.
The Excel Center
A free public high school for adults that offers students the chance to earn an accredited high school diploma, along with career certifications and wrap-around support, designed to improve long-term employment and education outcomes.
LIFT IT Training
A tech program that prepares students to sit for CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and CySA+ certifications.
Micro-Credentials
A flexible, self-paced training initiative where participants earn stackable, job-aligned credentials in areas such as business technology, customer service, logistics and warehousing, entry-level healthcare, and hospitality.
ReHire Colorado
A transitional employment program that offers paid, short-term work experience and job-readiness training to individuals facing barriers to employment while helping them re-enter the workforce.
