Goodwill of Colorado is excited to offer individuals residing in Colorado Springs and the Denver metro area facing significant financial and employment barriers, industry-recognized, micro-credentials training and certifications in leading workforce industries—including professional certifications for Retail Workers, Smith System Drivers, Construction Flaggers, Hospitality Staff, Caregivers and Forklift Operators. Goodwill’s Micro-Credentials training is providing big opportunities for the future workforce by addressing staffing and skills gaps in leading industries by offering flexible and affordable training, credentials and job placement, in addition to long-term career support and development opportunities. Trainings are conducted both online and in-class settings on a weekly basis and participants’ total time commitment is 20 hours or less.

Applicant Qualifications & Course Completion Criteria Include*:

• 150% Federal Poverty Guidelines or Current SNAP Recipient
• 16 Years & Older
• Colorado Springs or Denver Metro Area Resident
• Attend & Complete Online/In-Class Trainings AND Pass Final Exam
