Kami McFall Selected as Colorado Springs Community Project Artist

Discover Goodwill’s Kami McFall was recently chosen to be one of nine local artists to paint a design for the Downtown Colorado Springs Storm Drain Art Project. This project’s goal is to educate the public about pollutants infiltrating storm drains and, ultimately, flowing untreated into our creeks, waterways and oceans.

For her inspiration, Kami “channeled” her love of art and her desire to help our community into her design, shown here. She also tapped into her experience as a U.S. Army Topographic Analyst who witnessed environmentally detrimental waste practices during her tours in Kuwait and Iraq.
