Facilities Management is a growing industry with opportunities for career advancement ranging from operations and maintenance to business and finance to tenant services and sustainability. Facility Managers are in strong demand, with projected job growth of 19% over the next 10 years.

Goodwill of Colorado and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) Foundation have partnered together to offer Facilities Management Pre-Apprenticeship training in the Denver Area. Through this partnership, Facilities Management students receive free course materials and instruction from full-time facilities management professionals, payment for time in class, two years of job placement support and three accredited certifications including: Essentials of Facilities Management, Essentials of Sustainable Facility Management and OSHA-10.
