Inaugural Event Promises Good Time for a Great Cause
Colorado Springs, CO. – August 7, 2017 – On Friday, August 18, dozens of outdoor entertainment enthusiasts will gather on the plush and picturesque Garden of the Gods Collection grounds for an unforgettable wine and food tasting event with proceeds going to Discover Goodwill’s jobs-generating, independence-building programs.
“Discover Goodwill is thrilled to partner with Garden of the Gods Collection to host this one-of-a-kind, community-infused, mission-minded event catering to all tastes and supporting a great cause,” said Discover Goodwill Foundation VP Jeanne Condor. “Along with enjoying great food and spirits, live music and engaging conversation, attendees will be supporting Discover’s Goodwill’s life-changing programs serving our community’s most at-risk populations.”
The evening’s activities will include live music by The Coteries, along with food and dessert tasting stations, and spirits/wine microbrews provided by the region’s best-known eateries and breweries, including: Prime 25, MacKenzie’s Chop House, Cowboy Star, Cravings 5-Star Catering, Odyssey Gastropub, Bonny and Read, Peak Place Coffee, Sonterra Grill, Distillery 291, Giggling Marlin, Axe and The Oak, Fossil Craft Beer Company and Bristol Brewing Company.
