Atmos Energy Helps Discover Goodwill Deliver Heating Assistance
Atmos Energy and Discover Goodwill LEAP Representatives Join Atmos Mascot “Rosie” at May 11 Dedication of LEAP’s New “Mission in Motion” Mobile Office.
CAÑON CITY, CO (May 11, 2018) – On Friday, May 11, Atmos Energy joined Discover Goodwill to announce a strategic, mission-minded partnership sparked by Atmos’ generously-donated, 19-passenger bus titled “Mission in Motion,” which will be dedicated to Discover Goodwill’s Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)—providing critical heating assistance to low-income households throughout Southern and Western Colorado during the wintertime.

“Mission in Motion” marks the ninth mobile services bus donation from Atmos Energy to prominent, community-focused agencies since 2012. All buses are retrofitted inside and out, with Wi-Fi accessibility, new tires and professionally-branded wraps.
